I've pressed forward this time with a completely different (in fact seen opposite) style, instead of harboring towards anime but to a comic form *gasp!

Seeing his character, I just thought a comic type would be just epic... if only I can just get the face right DX I'm actually quite saddened about that, it lacks strength. He has a straight nose and very shrewd eyes, I've tried several adjustments but it still can't fit in...

About the sound effect, it got me to a topic I came across before between JPN Katakana or ENG onomatopoeia. By chance I think this actually expresses my opinion how each one has its own strengths depending on the style you draw in. It was what gave that good loud blast Haha!

Anyways, the pic was relatively a quick paint and, solid words aside, initially it was turning me really down that I would completely redraw it... I'm glad it turned well

Though, most credit should go to alter-a for his awesome character design and it's what buffed this drawing to make it contenting. Check him out! He has a great distinctive style developing!
